values in a column visible in query but not all visible in table/matrix visual,

All values show in a column display in power query. Same values show (correctly) in the table view. 
Pulling the column into a visual shows blanks for most, and the table view show null.

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example. Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Yes,

Request data via sql statement from oracle database.

Query displays an estimated account value and fees for. example below:

Acct Name	Estimated val	Fee amt
Mets	0	null
Yourk	155000	3000
Guts	0	null
Mike	818000	2125

When the above is pulled into a table or Matrix visual the results are below.

Acct Name	Estimated val	Fee amt
Mets	0
Yourk	155000
Guts	0
Mike	818000	2125

No Measures or added columns for the above data. Please note, the Fee amt was determined by calculation before exporting to power bi.

The table is connected to a date table dy date received (not shown in this example).

Please check if this is caused by the Date table. For example, filter the data with date slicer.

It will be best to provide some screenshots. Please cover sensitive information.
