using measure to calculate a text data type

Hi so i have a data that i want to sum them up but the data is not a number it is a "text" data type (like the "Reg num" in the table column below), I try changing the text value to "count" to show how many there are in "Reg Num" and i want to them sum them up all together the "Ldet" "Parts" and "Odet" 


below is my calculation: (there is seems to be nothing wrong in the measures)

but when i include inside this table its show this:


the result that i wanted is to achieve this: (but it doesn't allow me because all of this is a text data type)


I need help Please 😞

Hi @Ellensantiago1 

I assume all the fields you are showing in the visual are columns of your table. If so, just create this measrue and place it in the visual:


Measure =
SUM( Table1[Ldet] ) + SUM(Table1[Parts] ) + SUM( Table1[Odet] )
