updated panel on Power BI

I have a panel with many labels. The inform associated has a date filter. The inform work ok, BUT, when a new month comes the values don`t change in the panel but in the inform yes. What’s the problem???

I refreshed the web browser manually to see whether the month's value changed but don't, also I did the same thing with power bi desktop, But the result was the same...The Inform's value changed the Panel's values doesn't 

Any idea to fix this?

Could it be that the visual that changes uses relative filter, while others are hardcoded?
