It seems the subject and content have been removed and replaced by a dot in this question, based on the info from @vik0810 , I'd like to suggest you calculate the cumulative amount using Calculate(SUM(),filter(All(table),[Col]<=max[Col]),values[Year/Month]),

what you are trying to build is a pareto chart, if you google for it, you will find lots of howtos with power bi and dax.
