unichar issue

Hi all,

@Greg_Deckler   @amitchandak  @mwegener  @az38 @TomMartens @ImkeF

im facing one issue while using unichar  with below measure.

GrossSalesKPI = IF(SUM(BPS_AIS_Order_Yotta_EDL_20[Diff Gross Sales])>=0,UNICHAR (9650),UNICHAR (128315))
it is giving me

down(red) arrow else up(green) arrow.

but my issue is even if my value is possitive also its showing down arrow (Red)

so anywhere im missing ? you can see below image grosssales value is possitive still its shwoing red down arrow.char.PNG

@Anonymous , this file has a lot of other stuff. But refer to visual on page no 13. I create a combined visual and used unichar too.

Refer to the measures  created for unichar and color

I wanted to clean up this file. But did not get time.

it seems you created a column for KPI. try by converting the column "GrossSalesKPI" to measure with the same formula.

Hi @Anonymous ,

You first create a summed measure and add it to the chart and check if it returns the correct result:

Sum_ = SUM(BPS_AIS_Order_Yotta_EDL_20[Diff Gross Sales])

 If the result returned is incorrect, you can try using the ALL() function.

Best regards,
Lionel Chen

So, what is the visual that you are using? Is it a matrix visual? What happens if you change that formula to just return the SUM and check the numbers being returned. I suspect it is some kind of filter context issue going on where the SUM is not coming up to what you expect it should. The formula is very simple and I do not see an issue with it. Although, for me 9650 is a black up arrow, not a green up arrow.
