unable to navigate through worksheets during the startup ; they are frozen

Hello, 

I am using Version: 2.72.5556.801 64-bit (August 2019) in in Windows 10 ( 64 bit ) machine

I am unable to navigate through worksheets during the startup ; they are frozen. couldnt progress.

Any suggestions to sorth this out will be highly appreciated.

The Sep version has been released, please update your power bi desktop to the latest version and check if this issue still occurs.

Tried with Sep 2019 version as well. The issue persists .

the application screen opens only for 3/4 th of the entire window

both for new file  / existing file unable to navigate between worksheets
