Hi
I am trying to set a filter on top 20, using a column measure,
this works fine
Rank>1 = rankx(FILTER(Table,Table[FirstDate]=EARLIER(Table[FirstDate])),[Sales],,DESC,Skip)
but when I try to add a second filter Analyst <> James I get error
Rank>1 = rankx(FILTER(Table,Table[FirstDate]=EARLIER(Table[FirstDate])),FILTER(Table,Table[ANALYST]<>"James"),[Sales],,DESC,Skip)
Can you please help ?
Regards
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Bimo , Try like
Rank>1 = rankx(FILTER(Table,Table[FirstDate]=EARLIER(Table[FirstDate]) && Table[ANALYST]<>"James"),[Sales],,DESC,Skip)
A column rank and sales should also be a column
if sales is a measure
Rank>1 = rankx(FILTER(allselected(Table),Table[FirstDate]=max(Table[FirstDate]) && Table[ANALYST]<>"James"),[Sales],,DESC,Skip)

great Thanks! it works well, I have now realised a second issue, if I filter by analyst it does not give me the top 20 for that analyst but what their records in the top 20, how can I fix that ? maybe something with ALLSELECT ?
I know that was not the original question but I can raise new post if that helps
