Hi,

The Excel file is not helpful - it just has all hard coded figures.  Furthermore, as per your image in the previous post, the value in cell G11 should be 0 but in your Excel file it is 850 (which matches with my formula's result).  Also, in your base data (Table named Append1, for 3899 > 234 > 3, there is no status as closed).  Am quite confused.
