too many row level security roles

Hi
I've got a Power BI report that includes figures for 7 geografic regions and 7 brands. Each brand within a region has a team that uses Power BI reports. The question is if there is a neat way to administrate row level security in such a scenario? I could not come up with anything better than creating 49 roles (Region1.Brand1,Region1.Brand2 etc)
