time showing as date in one power bi desktop pc and service but showing as time on other pc

Hi,

Have a column in table delivery time which comes in as date/time but we wish to show this in report as just the time.

In one pc on power bi desktop it shows correctly as hh:mm i..e time but on another and on the service it shows as the date even though try and format as time as per below.

What is best way to resolve this?

I've had to manually go in and chnage them to date/time datatype and time format as if some binding issue.

The power bi .pbix current file has regional settings set as English UK already.

@po , Power Bi service can use browser's regional setting

Essentailly just changed to date/time datatype in power bi and time fromat and looks o.k now.
