When you import the theme file, this file will be imported into pbix file. This list of Built-in report themes are also be updated in September 2018.
So you could try this way to see the theme being used: save the pbix file and then rename the .pbix file to a .zip file, extract it to a local folder, and then check the file path Report\StaticResources\SharedResources
