the display of dates in visuals

Hi, 

I am confused with the display of time in the chart below. In the time slicer, 1/1/2019 till 2/18/2021 is selected. However, in the chart below, year 2018 is still shown. This problem only happens when Date Hiearchy is actived for the x axis. by disabling the date hierarchy, year 2018 will disappear in the chart.

Do you enable the option "Show items with no data"? 

The follow pictures are the result of my comparison with and without "Show items with no data" option.

@Anonymous Please check if interaction between your date slicer and chart is enabled.

Showing items with no data is not activated. It looks the issie is with calendar which starts from year 2018. therefore, it won't calculate attrition rate of past 12 months correctly when current date is 2018.
