table heatmap format decimal

Hello,

 

I am making a visual table heatmap whose format of my measure (indicator) is in integer, the problem that I have the restitution gives me decimal values which I cannot format in integer

help me please

Hi @alsolok ,

Are you saying you are using a custom visual Table Heatmap?

In that case you can't do that. Custom visuals have their own challenges and limitations.

I would suggest 2 things here:

  1. either you don't show Data Labels on your custom visual due to it's limitations
  2. go with creating conditional formatting on a table visual in Power BI to show a heatmap kind of view and then display data labels.

Hi,  @alsolok 

If you mean you want your measure to return decimals instead of integers, you can try using the "FORMAT " function to format your data results first.

New measure=FORMAT([Old nesaure],"Fixed")

But the visual Table heatmap does not work. I use Table heatmap

yes, I use heatmap table personnalized.

Hi @alsolok ,

 

In your table visual --> under formatting options --> Field Formatting

Choose your measure name in the drop-down (in my case it is Total Price)

Then set value decimal places --> 0

This will remove decimal places to the value you are displaying on the table visual as a heatmap.
