survey reports Dont like to show if less then 2 by any filtering

I have requirment in survey report were in , i dont have show staff members if they are less then 2 in that catogery by using any filter 

how can solve this pls Hlp.

HI @Anonymous 

measure1 = CALCULATE(COUNTA(table[staff member]), ALLEXCEPT(table,table[staff member]))

and  use this measure in the right side filter pane to hsow when more than 2
