stacked bar combo chart (stacked bar chart with line)

Hi,

Does anyone know if I can created a stacked bar chart (not column chart) with a line?

Essentially, what I am after is a line and stacked column chart, except I would like the columns to be bars. (rotate the whole chart 90 degrees clockwise)

At the moment, I can create this; (actuals is stacked with forecast, and the marker is showing budget)
