i wanted to create a slicer panel which will pop out by clicking a arrow.
i tried creating by watching some you tube videos but i could create.

You can use buttons and bookmarks to achieve this:
1. Create a bookmark which includes slicer;
2. Create another bookmark that hides the slicer (Use 'Selection' pane to hide the slicer)
3. Create a button which action is directing to bookmark1
4. If want to go back to the initial status, you can also create a reset button which directs to bookmark2
Here is the result and attach a sample file in the below, hope it helps.
