show rows with greater than selected slicer date dimension

hi

We have a requirement, to choose Fiscal year slicer & show corresponding Fixed Assets if they were Acquired On or After selected Fiscal Years.

I created a sample dimension and fact; Question is how can I create a slicer, that say if I select FY greater than Acquisition date, e.g. FY 2018/2019 OR FY 2019/2020 should still show the Fixed Asset # 11000, but not show Fixed Asset when slicer date less than acquisition date is selected , e.g. FY 2015/2016?

thank you

Hi, i suggest you this:

You must add a "year" column with the initial year of fiscal years (you can create calculated column or create a group from "fiscal year" column), "year" column will have number format. Thus, "year" column will contains 2014 for FY 2014/2015, 2015 for FY 2015/2016 etc. Then, you can add a filter with "year" column and select "greater than or equal to" option.

See the next image, i've added "year" column based on "fiscal year" column and select "greater than or equal to" option for filter

Then, this is the result for select 2017 on filter

I hope help you
