show days even if they have no data

Hi dear Community, I need your help:

I have a chart where the X axis are days... My problem is that for example the day 21 doesnt appear because there is no data but I still have the budget of the day 21 ...How can I make the day 21 to appear as 0 and the budget.

(Im using a calendar table which have all dates and try with the calendar and with the column date of my fact table a nothing... and in the pic number two as you see Im using scale type linear which is the only option available in the menu)

Any help would be so much appreciate.

the issue is with the TERRITORIAL field - if you remove it from column totals you can see the budgets properly

the model is quite complex, so I cannot really figure out why it's acting like this - have you thought about simplyfying it a bit?

Hi @Stachu!!! that would be awesome and easier but is too big and confidential data :(....is there another way for you to check something and help me out?

@christianfcbmx without the data I can only give general advice - you can post here anonymised small sample, confidentiality applies to all of us 😉

the general tip - you should have a calendar dimension joined with your actual and budget tables, if you use it in the axis then the budget will appear properly, as long as it's assigned to 21st

Hi All - thought I'd post my issue as it seems similar:

I need to display the date from today until 52 days from now - even if the data is blank at day 52 etc.

However the x-axis stops at day 45 (may 2) as shown below due to null values...

The workaround Is to put a line in for "day#" and then make the line invisible......but surely there is a way i can do this better??

thanks in advance!

can you send a pbix sample file?

Hi - i cant share this data unfortunately.....i tried to remove everything that was confidential and then it just became a mess. **bleep** - if you have any suggestions as to a solution please let me know...thanks
