Basically I want to show 3 values, pass,Fail, and blanks...
=IF( SomeDateColumn > TODAY() ,"Pass" , IF( Blank(), "" ,"Fail") )
I've some blank rows but still comes with FAIL instead of empty string or Blank values.
what I'm doing wrong?

ISBLANK(Column) return true or false and Column = Blank() is value of Column is Blank() .
for example:
ISBLANK(Column)=true() and Column = Blank() is the same result, and ISBLANK(Column)=false() and Column <> Blank() is the same result.

You can try to use this formula like below:
Column2 = IF( Table1[Date] > TODAY() ,"Pass" , IF(Table1[Date]= Blank(), "" ,"Fail") )
