I have a report which I need to share with user but he is not from the same domain as mine.
He has created powerbi account and even updraded to pro trail.
when I shared him the report , he didnt even get the report.
How to share the report to user outside the domain??
Any settings to be done??
Hi @dia612 ,
You could use Azure AD B2B to do it, here is the link for more details:
You could share to external users directly, then ask them open the report link. They will have an account in your tenant through this method.
@dia612 , Yes, options are publish, or embed it on a portal and do it.

You can not do a secure share as you do within the organization. Publish to web is risky.

Hi
To share the report outside a domain is possible through either with PowerBI premium subscription or by publishing to the web.
But when we publish the report is visible to the public who have the link.
Appreciate a Kudos! 🙂
If this helps and resolves the issue, please mark it as a Solution! 🙂

Hello
I'm using the premium trial and can't share the report with an email outside my organization.
When I give to share out the warning that I am sharing it with someone outside, when I give to accept I get a message like that I have shared it correctly. But when I go to the access tab, the email doesn't appear or the email reaches the specified address. What can it be?
PS: I have verified that the addresses are written correctly.
