Try to use delimitter option in power query editor and split the column into two.

@Anonymous You can split it by "T" in Power Query OR create 2 different columns like this using DAX:
DATE Column = LEFT(Task Created at,10)
and mark this column as Date.
Duration Column = RIGHT(Task created at,9)
and mark this column as Time.

Date = left([Task Created at],10)
Hour = Mid([Task Created at],12,2)
if that is datetime column
Date = datevalue([Task Created at])
Hour = hour([Task Created at])
