I'd like to create a dashboard visualizing revenue for a whole marketplace. The marketplace consists of many different accounts with AccountId. Is there a way for me to take an overall trendline, and slice it by AccountId, even if there are thousands of accounts? Or some way to order my accounts such that the biggest influencers on the marketplace are displayed first?
I'm hoping to achieve this on a simple line graph. Another option is to use the stacked bar, but I'm open to other visualization suggestions as well!

Based on my understanding, assume there are two columns: AccountId and Revenue, you want to display the values in line chart sorted by Revenue, right?
In your scenario, you can set the X axis of the line chart type as Categorical and sort by Revenue like below:
To display Top N big influenced Revenue, you can use Visual Level Filter to set TOP N like below:
