scroll bar in Desktop for April release

i observed in April release of PBI desktop, the scroll bar for bar and line charts appears slighty diffrent(rounded corners ) than in earlier versions. But for table visual, it appears as old version.  And also, if i open the old version report with April release, the scroll bar does not change, it still shows the old one. How can we get that new scroll bar applied to old reports?

As tested, 

Click on the column/line visual, Go to Format pane ->General, turn on "responsive" bar.

It can slove the problem.

If it doesn't help,

Please check if you could create a line/ column chart with the new scroll bar in the old report when you open old report using the lastest version desktop.

For your problem, you could also try:

Click on the column chart, select a table visual, then re-select a column chart.
