row level security

we have a bunch of data every hr that gets extracted from sharepoint and project online. it goes int a sqlazure db and this is what our pbi files are created from (SQL Azure direct query). But how can we create a power bi report so that users can only see content where they are tagged as the owner. i looked at manage roles - but no luck..doesnt look like power bi sends a user auth back so the database doesnt know who the user is...

all help appreciated on best design to fix!
