Example today is 16.03.2022
- in the evaluation all values should be filtered by YTD
- 16.03.2022
- 16.03.2021
- 16.03.2020

Try to create a column.
rolling = IF(MONTH([Date])<MONTH(TODAY()),1,IF(MONTH([Date])=MONTH(TODAY())&&DAY([Date])<=DAY(TODAY()),1,0))
The final output is shown below:
Or create a measure:
rolling days = DATEDIFF(DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),1,1),TODAY(),DAY)

I think you dont need DATE(TODAY()), TODAY() already gives you date.
