rls - users not assigned to roles

RLS.png

Hello,

I feel like this was answered, but either I'm being dense in trying to find it, or just not understanding the answers.

For Query PersonalStats, it does not relate to any tables in the model. While the User Name, in this case, is their AD name; however, this same concern will exist for other queries.

I've defined a role called Admins and associated it to a set of users in the Service.

So I'm left with the role of None and I want to filter it so they don't see any rows in the query when [RLS*] has the value = False.

I didn't know if I was supposed to create some other role and have the security model in the Service set the current logged in user to that role. I'm assuming that if someone belongs to the Admin (or other groups) that the one which gives them the most data applies.

Thanks

I don't feel that this was answered but I'm marking it as solved by the last comment. I don't understand the question asked back ("Mode Details") and when I get a better handle on things I'll see if I can be more cogent in the question and include any more details I have.

Could you share mode details about the issue?
