reset user password

hello there, it seem when i try to reset my user password; (after entering the captcha keys);

the system shows me this:

The user ID you entered does not exist. Please check that you have typed your user ID correctly.

How should I proceed from here?..

Check with your userID once again.

like your NT Login ID eg: 12309@companyname.com

Ah,...I Think I've found the culprit!,...

I'll need to sign up for an account at Office365 site:
