reports pane blank/black in power bi with windows 10

Tried opening a Power BI report on my bosses laptop. The reports pane is blank/black in power bi. He uses windows 10 and uses a double moitor. I've seen this as an issue from before. But I didn't see a clear resolution to it. I've tried saving the file under another name. I tried using one monitor and then only part of the pane showed. It was weird! Any other suggestions.

Do you get same issues when opening all PBIX files? Have you checked that if any processes in Task manager eat up your CPU?

Lydia. I don't get the same issue when I open all pbix files. Strange! I've seen this problem in past forums, but it seems like no one had a solution.
