report resolution

Hello,
When I look at the report (which has a table visual with several columns) in service, there is no horizontal scroll bar.

When my colleague views the same report in service, on that monitor, the table visual appears o have a horizontal scroll bar because it doe snot fit all the fields onto the page...

How can this be fixed on that monitor?

is this to do with resolution of monitor?

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

I can’t reproduce the issue. Can you please share more details?

  1. Did you try to let another colleague to open the report?  Did it still display the scrollbar?
  2. Did you try to open it in Desktop?  Did it display normally?
  3. Which the workspace does the report belongs to ?
  4. How did the colleague open it? Did you share it to him? Or is he a member of the workspace?
  5. Did you update the data to increase the number of columns? Did you refresh the report to check it again?

Please try to sign in the account of the colleague's to check the report with your machine. And try to narrow the table  width by grabbing the right side, then publish to Service and to see whether it display normally. And you could post the screenshot that we can help you quickly.

Xue Ding
