report publishing problem

I am unable to publish larger reports.  My smaller reports are publishing fine using latest version of Power BI desktop.  However this report 3. 5 million rows will not publish.  I am Power BI Pro user.  Any suggestions on how to get reorts to publish to service?

At this point using work around of having a report level filter to reduce row count down to about 100k then publishing then removing the filter , seems to be working like that.
