report page size / publish to sharepoit

Hello,

I do struggle to find solution for following problem. I would like to change size of the report page to width 1280px and height 220 px ( wide strip), but for the love of god I am not able to locate "page size" option in my desktop BI . I can only locate Canvas setting and canvas size , but not page size. What am I doing wrong ? Do I have wrong license or different desktop downloaded ? I can see this in on my screen. Thanks for help. Martin

Hi @martinhae ,

1. Please set the size of the canvas first.

2. Then Embed report -> Website or portal -> Copy HTML code.

3. Add the "Embed" part to the SharePoint Online page, then paste the HTML code and change the width to the appropriate value.

Hello , when I am trying to publish report / page of the report as sharepoint web part whole 4:3 (1280x1024) pixels page is imported instead of desired 1280 x 220 of canvas. I would like only canvas size to be imported as web part to sharepoint page. It is my guess that page size might be reason , but it might be something comletely different. Thanks Martin

I'd guess this is controlled on the SharePoint side.

Try tweaking the settings here:

Hello , yes . it seems to be issue on sharepoint side as only 16:9 and 4:3 web part size is available https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=408bd1cb-7af7-49f6-b0c8-9c98ba9a3e32&page=2

Thanks for trying. Martin

In your view, what is the difference between canvas size and page size in this context? What are you trying to control that isn't controlled by canvas size?
