report on Dynamics CRM - customer

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure I'm on the gpood section but I don't know where I had to post my question 😉

This is about Dynamics CRM.

I would create a dynamic report on a customer tab. More than that, I would like to have a report which is updated for the customer I'm on.

More explications => On Dynamics CRM, I got my list "All Account" and I already got a dashboard (that I created). When I click on one customer, I can create a report (with FetchReportingServices) (that I created) and I could create a report with PowerBI, no?

I don't know how to do it and that's my problem!

Did you means direct publish power bi contents to dynamic 365 dashboard? Current power bi not support this, but you can consider to embed power bi dashboard to dynamics 365 to instead.

Yes that's what I did. No worry about that.

And I also know that I cannot publish to Dynamics CRM.

I m looking for create a report on a customer tab. I don't know how to say in english. I say "tab" but I don't know if this is the right word.

On this previous view you can execute a report (created by Fetch ReportingServices). I would like to call a report created by powerBI. Obviously, this report would be updated with this customer.

Am I clearer? lol

Hi @Anonymous,

I don' t think you can direct add power bi contents into dynamic apps, current it seems like you can only add 'power bi dashboards' to dynamic home page.
