report not publish into powerbi service

Hi, I tried to publish report on Powerbi service from Powerbi desktop which is created using access database but it gives me error that "Not Found (404)" . When I publish a report created using Powerbi service dataset (By Getdata -> powerbi dataset) then this report succesfully pulished. Please tell me what is the reason behind that and what are the conditions for publishing the reports or dashboards from Powerbi desktop Thanks

Hi, I use the version 2.65.5313.701 64-bit. I am not able to upload pbix file from Getdata option of powerbi service and also file coudn't be upload on both MyWorkspace and usercreated workspace. Thanks

hi, @syedahmad

You could try to update power bi desktop to the latest version: ( 2.65.5313.841 64-bit) and try it again.

Could you have a try on other computer?

And could you publish other pbix file to power bi service?

Found the culprit. There was an inactive many-to-many relationship that was the obstacle.
If there is something wrong with your data model like above issue post?
