replenish Qty average for only unique values based off of other column

I am trying to get an average of a qty field, but in my data there are sometimes duplicates (dependent on how many people transacted through the process).   I have a unique column name (first column)  Replen. Date/Time & Can S/N and trying to average  the replen qty column.  Example below some of them are repeating - so I should only average those in yellow   1500+3600+2600+870+6000+2820+500 = 17,890  / 7  = ~2,555   but when I average the column it's take all #'s vs. just those unique with respect to the first column.  Any ideas...?

If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file.
