hi
I would like to replace some records in one of my tables based on two criteria
In the example below i have region, city and sales org code.
The Sales org code changed in the database but it is not reflecting retrospectivaly.
What i would like to do is to replace the sales or for amsterdam from the old I1 to I7
so if i could create a custome column in query editor that woudl say something like
= IF [city]=Amsterdam AND [sales org] = I1 THEN I7 ELSE [sales org]
Region | city | sales org |
EU | Amsterdam | I1 |
EU | Amsterdam | I7 |
EU | Zwole | I7 |
EU | Utrecht | I7 |
EU | London | I3 |
US | New York | I6 |
i am also open to other solutions
tahnk you

@Anonymous Please try this in "Power Query Editor" using "Custom Column"
=if [City]="Amsterdam" and [SalesOrg] = "I1" then "I7" else [SalesOrg]
