Hi @Anonymous

Try using Group By instead, select both columns and hit Group By, if you want to keep all other fields you can add them as aggregation like MAX or MIN

why is it using max or min? not kinda sure on how do you do it when u group by the other two columns.

Hi @Anonymous

If you want to get unique values from "BR" and "Chassis" you will have to do something about the rest of the columns.

  1. Remove them
  2. Aggregate them ( count, sum, min or max )
  3. Include in the group.

when you use remove duplicates it will use do a similar thing ( take the unique values of selected columns and take first value of every other column not included in the selection )

What would be the desired outcome that you are expecting?

Mariusz

Hi the outcome is actually that. it's just the when i remove both br and chassis it doesnt match my excel total number of rows.
in excel when i remove both its "8737" but in power bi is 8725 im guessing its because it only remove the chassis duplicates 😞

it is possible to give me a step on how you do your solution?  thanks
