"infringed" embed codes

Hi All,

Some of the Embed Codes have a status of 'Infringed' on our Power BI reports which has caused them to stop working. Is there any way we can change/mend these without having to get fresh URLs?? The links to our reports have broken as a result. Please help!

We have had some staff leave recently and changed some permissions over to new staff, so maybe it is this that has caused the issue.

Hi @nnn123 ,

Do you grant report access for new staff?

Best Regards,

Icey

Hi thanks for the reply!

Yes we have a few users in our shared workgroup that are designated as 'Admin' rather than 'Members' and these guys can assign new users.

It doesn't look like even these 'Admin' people can properly access the 'Admin Portal' area properly though, so even the Admin have limited permissions. The actual over-arching 'Owner' is currently assigned to a generic email 'xyz@xyz365.onmicrosoft' which it doesn't appear we are able to take over ownership of. Could this be the issue?
