Hi all,
As the title suggests, I'm trying to refresh a dataset in my pbix that's connected to a SQL server, and every time I try I'm met with the error "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again". The SQL server is using windows authentication.
I know that I have the correct credentials because I'm able to successfully access the database using SSMS. I've also had my colleagues screenshare while they refresh the data in Power BI with the same credentials, and they're able to successfully do so.
Here's what I've tried.
1. Uninstalling and reinstalling PowerBI
2. Used Database credentials instead of Windows
3. Got off VPN, got back on
4. Restarted my machine several times.
I'm at my wits end and I can't figure out why the exact same steps work for my colleagues and not for me. It seems like there's something wrong with my machine, or my instance of Power BI, so I'd really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions on how to move ahead.
Thank you,
Wesley

Very difficult to troubleshoot. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
