can we format the x axis in line chart to show in reverse order? just like "Values in reverse order" function in excel

I have tried to reverse the data but it still does not work for me.
What I am trying to do is to start the "Y" axis with the lowest number. (see picture)
@kfransis, I agree with @greggyb, sorry, when you first stated the issue, you mentioned the x-axis which in certain circumstances you can control by sort order. But the y-axis I am not aware of a way to do this, in fact, if you try to set "end value" lower than "start value" in the paint brush, it does not like it and gives you a red outline and does not set it.
Would be a good thing to post in Ideas if not there already.

To my knowledge this isn't possible. The only way to get this would be to create a custom visual or to negate your measure value to plot negative numbers on the standard line chart.
