Hello everyone!
I created a PBIX file that will act as a data set for several reports (so no visuals) and I have been successful in connecting one report to it. However, this week, I started getting several errors when I try to publish the file.
There are two main changes that I did on this report: I have added new measures and calculated columns, and I also recently switched all the Excel files we use on the queries from a One Drive sharepoint link (my-sharepoint.com) to a Group Sharepoint link.
I have a feeling the file is corrupted... but I am hoping to not have to recreate the whole file. HELP!
Here are the errors I have been getting.
Once again, I am avoiding having to recreate the file, and I don't want to delete whatever instance I have that I have to manually refresh by publishing via the desktop, but there's just too many errors on this file. THank you so much for your help!

I was able to solve this by creating a new blank PBIX file of the same name and uploading it (overwriting the existing dataset). Then open up the original pbix and reupload (overwriting your blank one). This approach retains all of the lineage reports and worked for me.
My hypothesis is it was a connection issue for me, and this allows everything on the server to completely reset based on what's in your pbix file.
