"No Available Actions" when trying to group visuals in the selection pane

Hello,

I am running into a strange issue when trying to setup visual groups.  When I select a number of card visualizations that I would like to group, I am receiving a "No Available Actions" message in the selection pane.  Is there a reason why this would be happening?

I am using the following version of Power BI Desktop:

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot replicate the same issue on my computer (same version as yours).

You should post this on the issues part of the forum can be a specific error that microsfot can help debug.
