Hi
We have created a PBI dataset using a direct connection to SSAS Multi Dimensional Cube. Ever since then, we have created Power BI Reports connected to this dataset (via Gateway). We have been using this connection over a year now with not issues whatsoever.
Using this same dataset we have built a number of PBI reports and added “New Measures” to each and every report. Never had any problems.
A couple of days ago we have upgraded to the latest March 2021 version and to our surprise the “New Measure” feature has just been disabled/greyed out.
Can someone guide us ?
Thanks
Having the same issue using a SSAS cube but through a Power BI datasource so we have measure functionality previously, I note I can also update old measures added at the front end but cant add new measures.
Old measure previously developed on front end, is editable, but note the greyed out 'new measure' this is the case everwhere in desktop.
Hi amitchandak
Did you have time to delv deeper on this issue ?
Thanks & Regards
@qwk , Please check any issue reported on a log a new issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
March 2021 summary for any setting changes - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-march-2021-feature-summary/
What's the way forward on this issue, something that was working before and now doesn't.
We have a rolled out solution and we are now stuck.
We need a solution.
Thanks
