I am using 64 bit Power BI desktop and have 64 bit Access 2016 installed. How do I get Power BI Desktop to access the Access db?

Although I do not understand why I had to install AccessDatabaseEngine_X64 when the Access version I already had install is 64 bit.
The data providers are different to the application itself. The data providers allow loading of the data without the application - they are stand alone.
