"Loading data" spinning over report

Hi, I have a dashboard that works fine for most users, however for some it is displaying the "loading data" animation on top of the report, even after the report has loaded.

Is there a reason for this?

Is it an embedded Dashboard? 

Did you try another browser?

How about clearing the browser caches?
