problem in Rank Dax -need small modification

hello.i want to rank my city based on their sales.

i've write following dax and it seems ok

rankx = RANKX(ALLEXCEPT(Table1,Table1[Region],Table1[Year]),[sales],,DESC)

it is ok in table.but i need to show only Max and Min of (city in respect to their) Rank in Bar chart axis.so I have:

max of rank = maxx('Table1',[sales])

the problem is that both of city appeared on bar char axis.

bar chart in picture is what i need,expect for the number of city code.

in bar chart in picture  we want to show only 803 which is max.indeed,i want to how only max of city in each region in barh chart.

thank u .it is very nice and cool an simplebut there is still a problem.

when i change maxx with minx,it doesn't work and the result wont changed

indedd,i need to show both max and min in axis bar.
