powerbi install wants to stop bitlocker management client service

Hi during install of PBIDesktop_x64.msi, as of today, the install want's to stop the bitlocker management client service.

what is this and how can we avoid this?

When I install Power BI desktop, I never meet the similar scenario, you install it as a administrator? Please share more details for further analysis.
