power bi top 10 filltered with other chart

Dear All,

i'm tring to design power bi desktop report to buplish on web services , my report has a chart show top10 sales person , the chart show the top 10 for all category , my task is make this top 10 related to other chart also so i want to when the user select sales area the sales person chart provide the top10 for this sales area only , if the user select one branch the sales person chart provide the top10 for this branch only,could anyone help me to make this task.

have you tried applying the top filter to each visualization?

i made the top10 for only this sales person chart on visual level filter , once i tried to make the same filter on other level or other chart i did not see the option topN .

each visual have and advance filter where to can change it to the top n.

i think you did not get my point,

let me elaporate my report , we have 3 chart on my sales report  ,

1-sales person by net sales

2-region sales by net sales

3-branches by net sales

the sales person chart show top 10 sales person on all region and branches my request is .... once the user select spicific region or sales branch the sales person chart show only top 10 sales person for this region or sales branch.

Hi,

In the Filter/slicer, if a user selects a specific region and/or sales branch, then in the visual filter for the sale person chart, one should be able to see TopN.

i want to filter the sales person from other chart , ex once you select region you will get top 10 sales person on this region only ,

once you select area manager you will face top 10 sales person for this area manager only .

Hi,

I have written a measure to get your desired result.  However, with any visual other than a simple Table, the result is incorrect.  The moment i change the visual to a Table, i can see the Top 10 Salespersons appearing for any selection i make.   Please refer to the file here.
