power bi personal gateway offline

Hi,

I have installed and make online my personal BI gateway, but online power BI gateway show its offline and not able to set data refresh.

but gate online on my PC.

pls guide why i m getting personal gateway offline.

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on your last screenshot,  you have installed and configured on-premises gateway.

In  Power BI Service, please select the gear icon  in the upper-right corner > Manage gateways, then add all data sources of your dataset under the gateway, this way, you are able to set schedule refresh using the on-premises gateway, for more details, please review this article: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-gateway-enterprise-manage-scheduled-refresh/ .
