Firstly we suggest you to delete your url from the thread.

We can download pbix file from the origin report page, and export data from the embedded URL.

Or we can use the API to export data from URL, Please refer to the similar thread: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Developer/Is-it-possible-to-extract-the-data-from-an-embedded-visual/td-p/404384

my requirement  is to export from embded url where no pbix file access is there

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on this document, To download the file, User must have edit access to the report. But people who can access embed report may do not have access to edit report, if they have edit access, they can go to the edit report page to download pbix file. 

If you want people who have edit access can download pbix file from embed report, based on my research, it is not supported yet currently . You can come up a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
