power bi can't find ArcGis reference layer

I have ArcGIS online account and I created ArcGIS layer and now it is shared with everyone and it is visible for others in search box ArcGIS online.

I have a problem to use it in a power bi as a reference ArcGIS layer because whean I try to search for it in a search box  for some reason power bi shows the message no result found.
